Origins
The story of El Cacique Food Truck begins long before its wheels hit the streets of Miami. It is a tribute to the owner’s grandfather, a proud Puerto Rican who always carried with him the culinary traditions of his homeland. His grandfather, known in his community as “El Cacique,” was passionate about authentic flavors and recipes that told stories of family, culture and love.

Today, his grandson honors that legacy with this business named after the man who inspired his vision. The Cacique Food Truck is more than a place to eat; it’s a journey to Puerto Rico, a reminder of the roots that connect us and how, through food, we can keep our traditions alive.
